Help at Inquests

If you have lost someone close to you in circumstances which are unclear or unusual, then an inquest may be held to establish the facts around the death.

Investigations are held in public at a Coroners Court to establish who has died, where and when they died and how they died. The Coroners role is to find answers to these questions and not to apportion blame and for those who need answers and support at a most difficult time, solicitor Bernadette Jackson has experience of supporting families through this daunting process.

The evidence and conclusions that are reached at the Inquest may be highly relevant, should the need for Court proceedings arise, for the circumstances of death.

If you would like advice or support in regard to an inquest, please contact Bernadette Jackson on 01539 587817.
