No one likes doing it - in fact, a large percentage of the population never do it - but making a will is as essential as having a bank account, especially if you have a family or own a property.
Making a will doesn't have to be time consuming: most of us have half an hour to spare. We don't require anything technical from you, just an idea of what you want to happen after your day. You can sit back and leave the rest to us.
You will need to have a think: who do you want to look after your affairs when you are gone? Would you like to make a gift to anyone in particular? Who would you like to inherit the majority of your estate? If you have young children, you might also want to consider who you would like to act as their guardian.
For anyone with property, savings or investments, tax planning might also be a consideration. We are more than happy to discuss the options available.
All of our will writers are qualified solicitors, authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We are required to comply with a strict code of conduct and have the knowledge and experience to make sure that your personal affairs are dealt with professionally, as well as, sensitively.
Getting started is easy. Simply ask us for one of our user-friendly will questionnaires, and complete it before making an appointment to see us. If travelling to our offices is difficult, we are more than happy to visit you at home. It couldn't be simpler.
We want to meet you! Whilst we can assist you over long distances, we prefer to meet with you and get to know you, so that we can give you the best advice for your particular needs. Our clients are our passion and we aim to build a relationship with you that will last for years, to come.
